Please note – as all our items are custom dyed, there is a slight difference in colour between batches.
With all knitted items, pilling may occur with washing and normal wear. This may be more noticeable on darker coloured items.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a specific processing time, based on the individual product.

Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
